What payment options are available with Klarna?
For our customers, we offer different payment options with Klarna, including:
– Direct card payment
– Pay later in 30 days
– Direct debit
– Monthly invoice
– Pay next month
The payment options available for you with Klarna will be visible in the checkout once you proceed to payment.
Why can I not select the invoice option with Klarna?
When processing the payment, Klarna does a quick check and reviews any previous purchases you made with them and if there is any inconsistency, you might temporarily not be able to select an invoice in the checkout. We recommend checking this with Klarna directly or selecting another payment option.
I haven’t received my invoice from Klarna?
The fastest way to get your invoice is to log into your personal Klarna account or using the Klarna mobile app. You can of course contact us and we will resend your statement. If by mistake you entered a wrong email address for the payment, please reach out to Klarna Customer Service, as it is unfortunately not possible for us to edit your personal information in Klarna.
How do I pause my Klarna invoice?
You can simply pause your payment by logging in to your Klarna account or using the Klarna mobile app. By going to the payment and there selecting “Report return”, you will pause the payment without any additional cost until your return has been processed. Once we process your return, you will receive updated payment details from Klarna.
